Project Legacy Assessment

The project had an impact by developing a network of residents and business owners in the industrial area, interested in regenerating the industrial area to a future-focused employment hub. The possibilities of leveraging redevelopment from the upgrade of the nearby Bayswater train station had created interest in the potential for industrial area regeneration. There may be ongoing similar projects and ventures by the network members. At the presentation, a local architect said:
“I’m not familiar with the area, but this has made me interested in going and having a look around.” There will be an ongoing legacy of the project. Posters will form part of Future Bayswater’s resource of student work, put on public display.
